Our Process

First things first. Let’s connect + be sure we are a good fit!  You can use the inquiry form or email me.  Please allow 48 hours hours for a response. Once we connect, I’ll gather a few details from you + we can move forward. 

I do suggest that you connect as soon as possible to begin the process + to ensure we have an an available reservation for that date.

You’ll receive my flavor + filling menu in addition to my options + offerings menus to browse + choose your favorites before our consultation.

After we’ve connected if you haven’t had a chance to complete the inquiry form I will ask you do that before we schedule our consultation call, so I can plan + prepare accordingly.

I encourage you to be specific with your inquiry form. Every detail matters + makes a difference. From your style, theme, color palette + inspiration pictures. I don’t copy, however I will use everything you provide to bring your vision to life. If you don’t have one, together we will figure it out on our consultation call.

I’ll ask for your favorite items from my artisan dessert from my options + offering. This will help me create a few different suggestions + options for you.

It is encouraged that you share your budget with me, so we can get right to your designs.

Every occasion + everyone is different. Pricing depends based on design, size, flavor, filling + finishing + how many guests you will be serving.

Delivery + set up is not reflected in price of cake + desserts.

A deposit to reserve your occasion will be discussed on our consultation call or preferred communication method {deposits and custom orders are non-refundable}.

Table scape is offered + optional. Serving stands + pieces are available to rent.

​Once we’ve connected + had our consultation, we can set up a tasting. These are optional. And I have two options. 

Option ONE: Cake Box. This will include 3 different cake flavors of your choice from my options + offerings menus.

Option TWO: Bridal Box. This will include 3 of almost all of the artisan desserts, including 3 cupcakes.

Option THREE: Sampler Box. This is completely customized to what you would like to try from my cake + artisan dessert menu.

Currently the tastings are offered for pick up. This way you + your partner can taste + discuss in the comfort + privacy of your home.

Once your deposit has been received, your event date will be reserved for you. I only book one to two events each week because each require + deserve my full attention.

Thirty days before your event we connect to finalize what we’ve discussed, any adjustments will be done + then I collaborate with your venue for all the last minute details of the event + your planner. And now you focus on enjoying + celebrating your cherished day.
